By accessing or using AI Launch Academy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is a private learning platform available only to enrolled students. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

All course videos, lessons, written materials, software, and other content are owned by AI Launch Academy or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access this content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, republish, or redistribute any course material without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course materials with anyone outside of your enrollment.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or violate any law.
• Use the lead-discovery tools or AI mentors to harass, defraud, or harm any individual or business.

The Service includes AI assistants ("Ari" and "Sam") that generate text in response to your prompts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for business, legal, or financial decisions.

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as cloud hosting, authentication, and AI model providers). Their availability and behavior are outside our control, and your use of those providers is subject to their own terms.

If you purchased access to the Service, payment terms and any refund policy are described at the point of purchase. Course access remains active for the period associated with your enrollment.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your behavior puts the platform, our staff, or other students at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or outcomes from following the course. Your success depends on your effort, skills, and circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Launch Academy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
