AI Launch Academy ("we", "us", "our") operates a private learning platform for enrolled students. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using AI Launch Academy you agree to the practices described here.

We only collect information that is necessary to operate the platform:

• Account information - name and email address provided when you sign in.
• Learning activity - your progress through course modules and lessons.
• App-generated data - business leads you save, notes you write, and prompts you send to our in-app AI mentors.
• Technical data - browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, timezone, referring site, campaign parameters, and approximate country, region, and city inferred from your network address.
• Anonymous session analytics - clicks, pointer movement, scrolling, and page interactions used to understand and improve the site. Forms, checkout interactions, payment details, exact GPS location, and raw network addresses are excluded from recordings.

• To authenticate you and provide access to the course and tools.
• To save your progress, leads, and notes across devices.
• To generate personalized responses from our AI mentors (Ari and Sam).
• To send essential service emails (account, billing, important course updates).
• To monitor service health, prevent abuse, analyze traffic sources, and improve page usability.

If you sign in using a Google account, we only request the minimum scopes needed to authenticate you and identify your account (such as your basic profile and email). We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not share or sell it to third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers who help us run the platform, such as:

• Cloud hosting and database providers.
• Authentication providers (e.g. Google sign-in).
• AI model providers used to power Ari and Sam.
• Email delivery providers used for service notifications.
• Analytics and approximate geolocation providers used to understand site traffic and usability.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and platform.

We keep your account and learning data for as long as your student account remains active. Anonymous session recordings and their associated technical metadata are automatically deleted after 7 days. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers. No online service can be 100% secure, but we continuously work to safeguard your data.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the Support page.

AI Launch Academy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact support.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app.
